STOCK'S HILL CABERNET MERLOT

This soft, elegant wine is a blend of Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot produced from twenty year old vines. A combination of high cordon trellis, hand pruning and ideal regional growing conditions produce grapes with a full berry flavour and good acid balance.

The nose exhibits spicy berry and plum like characteristics, with the palate showing considerable complexity and richness, balanced with soft oak tannins.
