Outstanding vintage conditions provided perfect ripening and optimum fruit quality. The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a bouquet of rich red cherry, spicy blackberry and cedary oak.
The palate delivers briary blackcurrant, mulberry and chocolate complemented by toasty oak and integrated with hints of mint and tomato, balanced by subtle toasted oak. A rich firmly structured wine with tannin, fruit and oak in harmony.
